    First off, don't expect a miracle, a bruise takes time to heal. That said, I am pleased with Arnicare Bruise Gel. I know about bruises. Like my mother, in my senior years I have thin skin that easily tears or bruises. I'm talking about big, ugly bruises that I don't even know how I got it. When I ordered Arnicare I had 3 bruises one a few days old, and two new ones. It worked well on all three. The oldest one was dark and about the size of a quarter. It began dissipating on the second day, and took about a week to resolve. The newer ones began healing faster. My conclusion, use it as soon as you can on a new bruise. My deeper bruise in fleshy tissue near my elbow felt less painful in a day or so and is almost gone. It's definitely worth the money.

    Even though this does remove a he bruise, it leaves a shadow of the bruise behind. This shadow lingers for a longer period of time than the bruise itself. My impression- by removing the bruise- the greening/yellowing process of a bruise becoming dissipated gets skipped. So, I use this for serious bruising that lingers longer than expected to prevent varicose. Minor bruises, Im going to allow to develop the natural process.

    It took it only 3 days for the bruise to fade ... I had a small bruise and it stayed almost 2 weeks , tried ice and every trick in the book but nothing worked . The gel worked like magic and it was gone in 3 days time . Just love it 👍
