This return policy is valid for the country: United Arab Emirates
You have the right to return items within 8 days after the arrival of your order.
The products can easily be returned. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defective received product.
With most packages, the return labels are in the box. If this is not the case, send us an email at sales@mediagate.com and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them to the return package.
Note: Only products in NEW condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use. “New” refers to unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method used when ordering.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at sales@mediagate.com or call us at +971 50 193 1484. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Label
A return label will be included in your package, and the return is free of charge if the item was received damaged or incorrect. For non-defective returns, actual shipping and return fees will apply.
Refund Details
Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date of approval. You will be notified once the refund has been completed. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
Restocking Fee
A flat fee of AED 20 will be applied to non-defective, correctly delivered items that are returned or exchanged.
